Scientific Committee
The Chair of Purchasing and Digital Innovation has created a scientific committee composed of about ten members. It is a multidisciplinary body composed of academic partners, qualified professionals and recognized experts in the field of Purchasing Function Management.
Committee Objectives
The purpose of this committee is to propose and discuss the Chair's orientations from a research perspective and to participate in the implementation of its activities by providing strategic and operational support:
- Assisting the Chair team think through the definition of its research goals
- Providing insight into their strategic direction
- Providing research methodology recommendations based on their expertise
- Contributing to project development and outreach by helping to disseminate research findings and establishing contacts with key players in the ecosystem
- Supporting the creation of training programs and participating in discussions on the evolution of professions related to the development of the discipline
François Constant
Associate Professor of Purchasing Management with 15 years of experience in various purchasing positions in industry, 10 years in consulting/training, he is now Director of Audencia's MSCPM program and Co-Director of the Purchasing and Digital Innovation Chair.
Redouane El Amrani
Associate Professor of Information Systems and Management, Redouane benefits from 13 years of experience as a professor & researcher in Information Systems. Author of numerous publications on digital transformation, he is a member of the Association for Information Systems & Association Information et Management structures.
Thomas Johnsen
A full professor at Audencia, Thomas is the author of numerous academic publications and books on purchasing and supply. He is also an associate editor of the Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management.
Osama Meqdadi
An associate professor of supply chain, operations management, and CSR, Osama has recently published on the following topics: spreading responsible practices in the supply chain, sourcing socially responsible companies.
Erwann Clorennec
A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Erwan joined Axys Consultants in 1996 as a management consultant before becoming a partner in 2001. An expert in the digitalization of the purchasing function, Erwan built and leads Axys Consultants Group's Purchasing practice, which brings together +40 high-level experts on the maturity, agility and performance of the purchasing function. Erwan also coordinates partner relationships with the Purchasing BU ecosystem and leading market publishers such as Ariba, Coupa, Determine, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Sievo, Synertrade, Tradeshift, Zycus...
Maxime Prevost
After graduating from EDHEC and LaSalle University in Mexico City, Maxime joined Deloitte Consulting. He then joined AXYS Consultants in 2003. Throughout his career, Maxime has developed specific skills in managing large projects and providing project management support for the implementation of ERP systems for purchasing and financial management. He is involved in scoping studies, implementation of master plans, drafting of specifications and tender selection processes for companies such as AXA, Groupama, Europ Assistance, EDF Assurances, La Poste, AFD, BNP-Paribas, Société Générale, COVEA... In parallel, Maxime is in charge of partner management and the capitalization of purchasing solutions. In this context, Maxime played an active role in the creation of the SIRIUS Observatory.
Patrick Chabannes
Patrick has developed an expertise in Purchasing IS and editors with operational knowledge from their conception, their launch, relations with the ecosystem of consulting and technology partners, business benefits and obstacles, choice and implementation and adoption phases. Patrick contributes to the creation of knowledge for the purchasing function by creating tools such as the barometer of success of digital transformation in purchasing, the first benchmark created by and for CPO's with the Conseil national des achats, the Association des directeurs et responsables des achats and InsideBoard, the Purchasing, CSR & Digital Barometer, the SIRIUS Observatory of Purchasing IS Solutions and by leading conferences at the Salon solutions des SI achats and offering expert opinions as an editorial writer for the magazine Décision achats and editor of the Cyrenac. François Gautier
François Gautier worked for almost 30 years for 3 international industrial groups, leaders in their markets, for whom he progressively led the transformation of purchasing organizations in large, complex environments and non-standard projects. After joining a consulting firm 7 years ago, where he gained significant experience in the services sector, he now continues this transformation work independently, working with large groups as well as leading SMEs.
Through his assignments, he has developed new and innovative analysis and management tools, focusing on maturity and rethinking some of the fundamentals of the function. The enthusiastic feedback from his clients over the past few years has led him to share his convictions more widely through the Chair, starting with a book project!
