CSR in our courses
Objectives
Integrating the challenges of the ecological and social transition, and more specifically the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), into our teaching is one of Audencia's 5 CSR priorities that the school identified through its matrix of significant issues with its stakeholders. To this end, Audencia has created Gaïa, the school of ecological and social transition, and launched the ClimatSUp Business initiative with The Shift Project.
Audencia thus combines two complementary approaches to educate students about environmental and social transition and the strategies and practices that can make it a lever for innovation and performance.
The school is developing courses dedicated to the ecological and social transition, as well as integrating these issues across all courses and programs. In this way, students can, on the one hand, deepen their understanding of the concept of CSR and how to define and implement a coherent approach involving stakeholders, and, on the other hand, understand how to apply these principles to all business activities. This dual approach allows us to master a subject in its entirety, but also to become aware of its interaction in a more global ecosystem.
- 80% of Audencia's courses contribute to achieving at least one of the SDGs by 2025
- By 2025, 100% of Audencia's learners will have taken at least one course designed by Gaïa that is aligned with the SDGs.
- 30% of 2025 continuing education revenue from ecological and social transition training
Educational commitment
Audencia combines two complementary approaches to train students in CSR and the strategies and practices that make it a lever for innovation and performance. The school both develops courses dedicated to CSR and integrates it transversally into all courses and programs. In this way, students can, on the one hand, gain a deeper understanding of the concept of CSR and how to define and implement a coherent approach involving all stakeholders, and, on the other, understand how to apply these principles to all corporate activities. This dual approach enables us to master a subject in its entirety, but also to become aware of its interaction in a more global ecosystem.
CSR training courses
While integrating the challenges of ecological and social transition into all its training programs, Audencia also draws on the expertise of its faculty to offer several training programs dedicated to CSR for those who wish to become stakeholders in these transitions. These courses use immersive teaching methods and are most often part of a skills hybridization logic.
Our free training courses
To disseminate the results of its faculty's research and help train as many stakeholders as possible in the challenges of the ecological and social transition, Audencia offers several free training courses, often within the framework of the school's chairs and in partnership with other stakeholders. These courses can be delivered face-to-face or remotely.
Audencia Transitions Club
Starting off from the principle that we all have a role to play in the face of the climate and social challenges, Audencia graduates have founded a club to work together on the emergence of a new model of society, one that renews our ways of producing, working, consuming and living together by joining forces.
