Audencia's Bachelor in Management prepares future managers for different professions in the field of business and management by providing key academic skills, international exposure, digital expertise, global responsibility awareness, and professional experience.

Offered either in our Nantes or Paris or Vendée campus, this Bachelor's degree is also an opportunity to prepare for further studies at the Master’s level. Choose between a wide range of electives and specializations in English or in French.

The program

First year: learning the basics

The first year is devoted to acquiring fundamental knowledge in marketing, management, business, economics, law, modern and digital languages.

From the 1st year, you will also be invited to choose electives.

Year Two: Define Your Project and Get Started

This second year will allow you to acquire a business culture in an international context, strengthen your commercial, marketing and management skills, consolidate your modern languages and reinforce your ability to work in a team.

The knowledge acquired will be mobilized in numerous projects and applied in professional situations.

For the second year, you will have the choice between 3 paths, so that each student can build the curriculum desired and that the best suits well.

Third year: professionalization and consolidation of skills

Professionalization is the main goal of the 3rd year. The specialization courses are designed to prepare you to master one of the most important functions of the company by benefiting from the expertise of practicing professionals.

Our 3rd year specializations are open to all undergraduate students, regardless of their home campus. Depending on your choice of specialization, you may be required to change campuses.

Initial specializations

Management for Tomorrow

This new English-language course enables students to deepen the knowledge they acquired in years 1 and 2 by preparing them for the challenges of the ecological and social transition they will face in their careers as managers.

Study abroad for an Exchange

A semester of study at one of our partner universities followed by a 4 to 6 month internship in a company in France or abroad.

The program is based on alternating theoretical and practical sequences (face-to-face or distance learning) using business simulations, case studies and interactive lessons.

International Experience

An international assignment not only provides valuable professional and personal development but also enhances one's curriculum significantly. It particularly showcases qualities sought after by employers: adaptability, resilience, and openness to others.
Audencia Bachelor students benefit from study semesters and/or double degree programs abroad through Audencia Business School's 215 academic partnerships. Partner universities are located in North and South America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.

Studying Abroad

A genuine catalyst for maturity, adaptability, personal enrichment, and open-mindedness, a study abroad experience will also allow you to build your first network for a future international career.
  
You will live according to the rhythm of your host campus, fully integrated into the student and educational community. You will attend Bachelor-level courses and adhere to the academic rules of the host university. Grades and credits earned will be transferred to your Audencia Bachelor program.

Funding

Additional costs (transportation, food, accommodation, books, incidentals, and medical/repatriation insurance) are the responsibility of the families.

For certain study destinations, tuition fees at host universities may be the responsibility of the student.

Admission criteria

You are welcome to apply if:
  • You have a diploma of a level equivalent to the French baccalaureate (high school diploma) or are currently finishing your final year of secondary studies; and
  • Your diploma is issued or will be issued by a recognized school in any country other than France*; or
  • If you come from a French high school, your diploma issued is one of the following: Abibac, Bachibac, Esabac, IB (International Baccalaureate).


Proficiency in English as demonstrated by one of the following:

  • IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 84, TOEIC 650, Duolingo 100
  • High school studies completed in English (proved by the school)
  • Native English speaker


Language proficiency required to enter the French Track as follows:

  • DALF C1, DELF B2 or TCG from 500
  • High school studies completed in French
  • Native French speaker

Application deadline: June 2025

Equivalences and Bridges

Transfers are feasible to universities and other business schools (although rare).

Equivalencies are assessed by the institutions processing the admission application.

The level of equivalency is determined by the number of credits earned at the original institution and the applicant's academic record.

Key dates

Admissions will remain open until June, 2025, but may close earlier if the class reaches full capacity.

Applicants are kindly encouraged to consider submitting their applications before the Early Application deadline on January 31st, as this may increase their eligibility for an early application scholarship.

Admission terms

Complete the online application (recommended by January 31). Once completed, you will pay the 100€ application fee by credit card. At a prearranged time, selected applicants will be invited for an interview via video-conference. The purpose of the interview is to confirm information provided in the application and to assess:

  • Motivation to follow the program;
  • Extra-curricular activities;
  • Intellectual curiosity;
  • Potential and ability to adapt to a new environment;
  • Language proficiency in French and/or English.

School fees

The tuition fees for a three-year program generally total €29,100; nevertheless, there are opportunities for financial aid and discounts available for early registration. Please refer to the following page for further details.

From the third year onwards, our Bachelor in Management helps you think about and prepare for further studies towards Master's degrees, in line with your career plans at Audencia or elsewhere.
For example, we offer preparation for the TOEIC and/or TAGE-MAGE exams.

The Knowledge Hub

Throughout the year, the Knowledge Hub team welcomes, educates, and trains students in documentary research methodology, database consultation, bibliographic formatting, and plagiarism avoidance.

A team of 9 documentalists is available to students and teachers to assist students and teachers with their research.

In this way, each student can be received in individual appointments to be assisted in their research or to be trained in bibliographic reference management tools. Teachers also benefit from the support of the librarians for their teaching projects (identification of tools, enrichment of courses with bibliographic references).
