Disability Scheme

Faced with an unemployment rate for people with disabilities that is almost twice the national average and the difficulty for companies to recruit candidates that meet their needs, Audencia is taking action.

Since September 2022, Audencia has launched its Disability Scheme, which supports more than one hundred students with disabilities each year, from their admission to Audencia to their professional integration. This support should enable every student with a disability to follow one of these courses, to fully realize their potential and to achieve their goals in the career path of their choice.

Disability scheme partners benefit from the following actions:

  • Referrals to professional offers throughout the year
  • Participation in the Mentoring Program at the request of students
  • Annual meetings with students
  • Conferences on Disability
  • Advertising in the Handicapped Student Handbook and in all communications related to the program.
  • Actions that count towards their obligations related to the requirement to employ disabled persons (OETH)
  • Employer visibility throughout the student community
