Biography

Biographie

Valerie Claude-Gaudillat is Professor at Audencia.  She teaches Strategy and Management of Innovation and was the Director of SciencesCom and Director of Audencia MBA&IMM programmes. She is a regular visiting professor at Coppead (Brazil).  Prior to joining Audencia, Valerie was an associate professor at Skema and a consultant for Capgemini in Paris.

Valerie holds a PhD in Strategy and an MBA which she completed at HEC Paris, France. Her current research interests focus on market entry and the development modes of firms.

Her research has been published in international journals and is regularly presented at international conferences. She received the Bentley College and Copenhagen Business School Award at the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, Denver in 2002. She was a visiting doctoral student at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and Strategic Management Society (SMS). She has been the general secretary and treasurer of the Association Internationale de Management Stratégique (AIMS).
