Biography
Charles Fouché, MBA, Ph.D. is an entrepreneur an a highly sought after professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the MBA and Executive level who works passionately to improve the pedagogy of entrepreneurship education in bridging theory to practice for his students. He currently holds the position of Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Audencia, where he plays a key role as co-head of the Pôle Entrepreneur in charge of the seed fund.
Trained at the highly prestigious Babson College (MBA), he decided in the early 2000 to help his family, whose pharmaceutical laboratory had been destroyed by the storm of December 1999.
From 2000 to 2024, he devoted himself to turning around and reinventing the family business, which he bought in 2006 to found Tisanes Fouché.
Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, Charles has shared his expertise and passion as an adjunct professor at ESCP, where he has taught for over two decades. His intuitive and participative teaching approach aims to stimulate reflection and inspire entrepreneurial action in students of all levels.
A dedicated companion to entrepreneurs, he notably designed and led a mini-incubator for AG2R - La Mondiale's social action and co-hosted and co-constructed the Incubator of the Paris and Ile de France Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2022.
Charles has also advised business leaders of all sizes on strategic and managerial issues.
His commitment to entrepreneurial development goes beyond teaching and consulting, as he has also had the provilege of being called upon as pedagogical director of the BPIfrance ETI 4 and 5 accelerators.
His approach and guidance have been widely acclaimed. Charles places particular emphasis on creating a space of trust with managers, fostering peer-to-peer exchanges and facilitating collaborative learning.
His career illustrates a deep commitment to entrepreneurship education and to the preservation of a human context.
