Biographie
Olga Ivanova Ruffo is an associate professor in Organization Studies & Ethics Department, Audencia Business School. She obtained her Ph.D. in Management from University of Luxembourg and her MBA Degree from University of Central Florida, USA. Her research focuses mainly on social evaluation of organization, where she studies in depth organizational legitimacy, especially in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises. Her research has been published in the following journals: Journal of Business Ethics, Human Relations, European Business Review, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Change Management, Management Decisions, Recherches en Sciences de Gestion, European Journal of Innovation Management, Journal of Corporate Citizenship, Revue de l'Organization Responsable.
