Biography

Biographie

I am Professor in Soft Skills and Certified Coach in Professional and Personal Development.
I'm passionate about applied neuroscience and its applications. For the past twenty-five years, I have been helping students and managers to identify and realize their potential, while listening to their needs, to help them find a balanced and ecological posture and achieve their personal and professional goals.

My research is mainly about careers, mental patterns and decision-making, the appropriation of space & time and materiality in organizations, and the rehumanization of the work context.
