Biographie
My research interests navigate between critical and ethical perspectives applied to the fields of Organization Studies and Management through a multidisciplinary approach. On the one side, I'm analyzing the organizational use of discourses emerging especially in alternative forms of organizing, such as liberated companies and post-bureaucratic settings. On the other part, I'm investigating the connections between business ethics and new forms of work organization. I've published in international journals, such as British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Studies and Work, Employment and Society. I've investigated an ethical approach to management in my monograph, “Civil Economy and Organisation. Towards Ethical Business Management” (2020, Palgrave Macmillan).
