Biography
Melanie Trabandt is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Audencia Business School, specializing in sustainable consumer behaviour, consumer psychology, responsible marketing, and the application of Generative AI (GenAI) in marketing. Her research promotes sustainable consumer actions, explores GenAI's role in bridging the research-practice gap, and examines consumer responsibility, digital business models, and sustainable tourism. In 2024, Melanie Trabandt served as a postdoctoral researcher at Audencia. Previously, she was a doctoral student and research associate in marketing at Kiel University (Germany), where she also earned her master’s degree in business administration in 2018. With six years of teaching experience, she has covered various marketing topics at both Bachelor’s and master’s levels and supervised numerous theses.
