DBA

The DBA is a three-year, part-time program designed to fit the lifestyle of executives who want to combine their practical expertise with the highest level of management education. The DBA is designed for: experienced managers who want to make a difference in their organization and society by using academic research to solve real-world organizational problems. This program is delivered in a hybrid format, with online and face-to-face courses held over 2 weeks on the Audencia Paris and Nantes campuses.

The DBA courses allow participants to develop their management research skills and to engage with cutting-edge research topics and issues in all areas of management. Through coursework during the first 12 to 18 months of the program, participants develop advanced management research skills that enable them to develop research for their dissertation under the supervision of Audencia faculty. By conducting this major research project within their professional organizations or industries, participants gain in-depth knowledge and enriched leadership experience.
