Biographie
Natalia Vershinina a rejoint Audencia Business School le 1er septembre 2019 en tant que professeur. Elle enseigne principalement autour de l'entrepreneuriat et les petites entreprises. Elle a précédemment travaillé à la Birmingham Business School, Université de Birmingham et avant cela à la Leciester Business School, De Montfort University au Royaume-Uni.
Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en relations commerciales, d'un MBA de l'université De Montfort et d'un DEUG en relations économiques étrangères de l'université d'État de technologie et de design de Saint-Pétersbourg. Elle est co-auteur d'un manuel de gestion avec Richard Daft et Martyn Kendrick.
Ses recherches portent sur des domaines divers mais complémentaires de l'entrepreneuriat, du genre, de l'ethnicité, de la classe sociale et de l'entreprise familiale. Elle est rédactrice en chef adjointe de l'International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research et coprésidente de la piste des entreprises familiales et communautaires lors de la conférence de l'Institute of Small Business and Enterprise. Elle a récemment été réélue membre du conseil de la British Academy of Management. Ses travaux de recherche ont été récompensés à plusieurs reprises.
