MSc FAM_Brazil 2025

March 17, 2025, was the introduction day for our two-month immersion program in Brazil for students of the Master of Science in Food and Agribusiness Management at Audencia. In collaboration with our academic partner, FECAP in São Paulo, this program offers students a unique opportunity to explore the dynamic and complex world of Brazilian agribusiness, situated in the heart of the Tropical Belt, a region with immense agricultural potential.

Debunking Misconceptions and Embracing Innovation:

Throughout the program, students will attend courses led by industry experts, participate in enriching field visits, and engage in networking opportunities. The primary objective is to challenge common misconceptions about Brazilian agribusiness, particularly concerning deforestation, and to understand how Brazilian farmers are adopting new technologies and AI to innovate, reduce their carbon footprint, and enhance productivity.

Cultivating Critical Thinking for Future Leaders:

By the end of these two immersive months, students will have developed a critical perspective on the Brazilian agribusiness sector. This experience will empower them to make informed decisions as future leaders in agrifood companies, potentially even in Brazil.

We extend our gratitude to our partners at FECAP for their warm welcome and collaboration. We eagerly anticipate the insights and experiences our students will gain from this unique program."
