Biography

Sarah Richard is a Research Lecturer at Audencia Business School. She defended her Ph.D. thesis on the institutional disclosure of disability at the University of Strasbourg in 2016. She has continued her research on the impact of disability employment policies at individual, organisational and societal levels. She is also interested in the functioning of sheltered and adapted employment in France. Her work has been published in French and international management journals. She has also written several book chapters and popularised her research articles. She defended her HDR in March 2023. She is currently a member of the European Centre of Expertise (ECE) in the field of labour law, employment and labour market policy.

Regarding her institutional and teaching activities, she is responsible for the MSC 'HRM and Human Resource Development'. She teaches Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Research Methodology.
