Biography

Biographie

After a career in a communications agency, Florence Touzé opted for teaching and higher education. She is a professor at Audencia, holder of the Positive Impact Chair, and head of the 'Audience Experience and Engagement' major at Audencia-SciencesCom. The evolution of consumption, marketing and branding towards greater responsibility is at the centre of her research.

In particular, she is working on the transformation of corporate logic towards sustainable offers, capable of recreating a relationship of trust with the consumer. And on the necessary evolution of communication to express a sincere commitment.

Three books have already been published on these issues.

This cross-disciplinary approach is now also at the service of her mission as a company director.

Three guiding threads weave the threads of her career:

  • Questioning the disciplines of communication and marketing and their practices.
  • The brand in all its dimensions, and more specifically from the angle of its responsibility and strategic positioning.
  • Designing cross-disciplinary projects: managing and leading teams from diverse backgrounds: clients, researchers, students, professional partners, etc. The question of generations and competencies is also one of these subjects.
