Entrepreneurship at the heart of our teaching

Audencia - Students in training

Entrepreneurship plays a key role at Audencia, in the Grande École programs, Audencia SciencesCom, Audencia Bachelor, EMBA, MBA, MSc® and MS® programs.

Nearly 2,000 teaching hours are devoted to entrepreneurship, either in specific modules or in the Entrepreneurship major of the Grande École or Bachelor programs.

Every year, nearly 1,700 students take an entrepreneurship course or are enrolled in an entrepreneurship specialization. Within the Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation department, there is a team of 13 permanent professors dedicated to these courses.

Grande École core curriculum

Audencia - Speaker developing his course

Entrepreneurship is part of the core curriculum at the Grande École. In the second year, whether in the Gaïa program, distance learning or the in-depth management semester, 1100 to 1200 students take a course dedicated to entrepreneurship. More than 150 innovative and responsible entrepreneurial projects are developed from these courses.

Many students choose to work in depth on a personal entrepreneurial project whether as part of their final year project or during an internship.

The development of entrepreneurial capital, a real capacity for sustainable actionable entrepreneurship, whether starting from scratch or within organizations, is a challenge that the school has embraced.
